How long does it take to get my website?
We like to focus on one project at a time to make sure it's awesome. No worries though, you'll still get a super-fast turnaround!Once we start working on your project, we'll send you a demo of your site as soon as possible. The timeline depends on the complexity and number of pages. For example, a simple one-page site can be done in just 24 hours. For larger projects, you'll receive the demo within 48 hours at the earliest.Once you give it the thumbs up and payment is complete, we'll finalize and transfer the site to you right away.We'll keep you in the loop the whole time!
Can I upgrade my plan after starting the project?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time during the project. Contact us for more details.
What is a 90+ Lighthouse score?
Google Lighthouse is a tool to measure website performance. A 90+ score indicates high performance in areas like speed, accessibility, best practices, and SEO.
What is your revision policy?
Each plan includes a specific number of revision rounds (1 for Basic, 3 for Standard, 5 for Premium).
Will I own the code after the project is completed?
Yes! After the payment has been made, we will transfer the code repository from our GitHub to yours, or if you prefer, we'll send you a zip file.
Do I need a Figma design to use your service?
Yes. If you don't have a design yet, we can recommend experienced designers who can create a Figma design tailored to your project needs. Please contact us at me@builderlabs.dev for more information and recommendations.
Do I need to purchase a domain name?
If you opt for a custom domain name, then yes, you will need to purchase one. We set up your site with your custom domain once provided. We can assist you with your purchase if needed. However, you can also use Vercel's free domain on their .vercel subdomain if you prefer.
Where do you host the sites?
We initially deploy the demo site on our Vercel account for faster setup. Once you're satisfied with the demo, the final site is hosted on your Vercel account. Vercel allows free hosting for up to 200 projects, each with a complimentary domain name using the .vercel subdomain.
Can I request changes after the project is completed?
Yes, we accommodate post-project change requests. Please submit your request to me@builderlabs.dev detailing the changes needed. After reviewing your request, we'll provide a quote of costs and timelines for your approval before proceeding with implementation. Costs vary based on the scope of changes. We'll provide a detailed quote tailored to your specific request.If your site content requires regular updates, such as a blog or portfolio, we can integrate a CMS right from the start. This way, you can update the content yourself after the project handover.
Is my Figma design secure with your service?
